This 42-minute session moves through a full classical-inspired sequence, working core, spine, and limbs with precision and control.
This flow does not have supine legs at the table top position, which is suitable for small lower back niggles or if you are coming back to movement after birth and yet to build the core strength to hold both legs correctly.
