Reformer Journey: Foundations
Perfect for newcomers, but open to all levels. This rejuvenating class offers a nurturing space to develop and enhance your practice. This comprehensive workout will help you improve your flexibility, balance, and strength. You'll learn to move with ease, gaining control over your body while feeling empowered, challenged, and supported.

Reformer Flow: Elevate
Tailored for those with prior experience, this dynamic full-body class delves deeper into refining your established moves. We guide you through a balanced session that includes a thorough stretch. You'll leave feeling uplifted and invigorated, with rosy cheeks and a smile.

One on one
One-on-ones are vital to help ensure that the fundamentals of Pilates are understood and to encourage good technique right from the start. On an ongoing basis, they are also the most effective way to ensure that your individual needs and goals are the sole focus of your instructor.
Duet sessions
Semi-privates are a great way to still enjoy the benefits of personal instruction in a private environment. Team up with a friend or a partner and share the fun and the cost.

Core Sculpt: Reformer
A 45-minute dynamic class designed to strengthen and sculpt. Using the Reformer, you’ll engage deep stabilisers, improve posture and build long lean strength-all in a balanced flow using Pilates principles.

Mat Essence: Pilates Flow
All-levels mat class that brings together mindful movement and core strength. Using only your body weight, mat and some props, you’ll cultivate balance, flexibility and calm, centered mind. Perfect class to explore Pilates and building foundation for Reformer exercises.
Maximum of eight per class
Stretch & Release
Our Stretch and Release class focuses on gently elongating and relieving tension throughout the body. This soothing session is perfect for all levels and aims to enhance flexibility, promote relaxation, and improve overall mobility. You'll experience a variety of stretching techniques designed to release tight muscles and fascia and calm the mind. Leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and more in tune with your body.
