Spring Energy Reset

10 Days to Renew Your Body, Energy & Confidence

Fasting Works — But Who Actually Wants to Starve?

You’ve probably heard that fasting is one of the best ways to:

And it’s true—fasting can do all of that. But let’s be real: not eating for days is not practical when you are working full time and have a family to look after. It usually requires medical supervision to do it safely. What if there was a magical way to get all those results without sacrificing food?

The Fasting-Mimicking Diet (FMD) was developed by Dr. Valter Longo at the University of Southern California to give your body all the signals of fasting—while still enjoying real, nourishing meals. That means you still get:

Fat metabolism support

• Cellular renewal (your body’s natural “spring clean”)

Reduced inflammation and bloating

• Gut reset and smoother digestion …but without the challenge of water-only fasting. Instead, you’ll be enjoying simple, plant-based recipes that leave you nourished and satisfied.

• Support fat loss and metabolic health

• Trigger cellular repair and renewal

• Reduce inflammation and bloating

• Reset digestion and boost energy

How You’ll Feel After 10 Days:

Lighter and more comfortable in your clothes

Energized from morning to night (no more 3pm slump)

• Clear-headed and calm instead of constantly craving

Less bloated, with smoother digestion

• More in sync with your body—like you finally hit the reset button- because you have.

If you’ve been pouring into everyone else and feel like your cup is empty, this reset is the space to fill it back up. You’ll be guided step by step, so for once, you can relax and let someone else take care of the details. Meals feel simpler, energy comes back, and food finally feels stress-free.

What’s inside?

Day 1-2

This is where you get your grocery shopping done for the week, watch your first videos and do one mat Pilates session.

Day 3-8

Our 5-day Fasting-Mimicking Diet starts today. You have continuous support via WhatsApp group. At the end of day two we will have a group catch up as the second day of the program can be challenging as your body adjusts to a new routine.

It’s time for more Pilates, mediation and educational videos all to help the changes in energy and mood you are experiencing to last.

Day 9-10

You feel more energy, your brain is sharper. Last two days we slowly transition to your 2 week post FMD meal plan. We recommend introducing your favourite foods one at a time and noticing how your body feels.

Here you will find your last mat Pilates session and our final catch up. The resources will be with you for another month.
